Note: PMID:19358828 in figure 2B shows in vitro expression of Ceacam1a-2, Ceacam1a-2C1 and Ceacam1a-4C1 isoforms by BHK transfectants followed by immunoprecipitation and Western blotting detects these Ceacam1 isoforms at approximately 55, 45, and 120 kDa, respectively.
